I hate tedious travel

Today we have to travel extensively to get each and every work done. Half and more times this tedious travel makes us loose all our energy. That too if dust, mist, fog or snow are present it hinders our travel even worse.

For a novel set in a small town south of Buffalo, America America has huge ambitions. They're nearly as big as those of the liberal politician whose rise and fall it imagines. New York Sen. Henry Bonwiller was a man who, "if certain chips of fate had fallen certain other ways, might once have been president." But Ethan Canin's beautifully written novel is not primarily about politics.
